\u25a0 SK Geo Centric and Winpak plans to explore various options to reduce environmental impact of packaging industry, including pyrolysis-based\/recycled materials<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

SK Geo Centric (SKGC), on August 7, announced it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on partnership to supply packaging materials from recycled plastic with Winpak, a global packaging company. <\/span><\/p>\n

The MOU outlines the mutual intent of SK Geo Centric to supply sustainable packaging materials, including pyrolysis-based polyethylene\/polypropylene materials, and Winpak to purchase these materials. Both companies are committed to exploring innovative solutions for sustainable packaging and reducing environmental impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

Winpak manufactures and distributes high-quality packaging materials and innovative packaging machines, primarily used for the protection of perishable foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, medical and personal care.<\/span><\/p>\n

Winpak maintains its position as a leading packaging solutions manufacturer with a sharp focus on technological innovation and sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key objectives of the MOU include investigating technical and commercial feasibility of the partnership, exploring various options for the supply and purchase of packaging materials, and potentially entering into a binding agreement to formalize the details of the commercial relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n

The MOU sets out principal terms and conditions of the partnership, to be the first step towards establishing a comprehensive agreement between SK Geo Centric and Winpak.<\/span><\/p>\n
