Women are regarded as the backbone of a society, but they are also the frontiers and the most influential community of our homes and workplaces. They are ruling the world with their thoughts and words, with their persona and flair. International Women\u2019s Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate women\u2019s struggles and achievements and pay them the respect they deserve for their irreplaceable contributions!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As mothers, sisters, wives, girlfriends, or friends, women brighten up our lives in every form. The world constantly holds them back, but they are unstoppable! I\u2019m sure you also have some women in your life who support and inspire you, and women\u2019s day is the perfect time to show appreciation towards them. Whether she is a housewife, a colleague, a doctor, a teacher, or a service holder, women have their enormous contribution to shaping our life. So, on this women\u2019s day, I would like you to express love and gratitude to all the women you love.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apart from Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th, International Women\u2019s Day is one of the most joyous festivals in Vietnam. Several companies and organizations host events to celebrate and honor women on this day, such as a party, gifts, or awards. Additionally, the streets are more vibrant than usual. Many good-quality items for women are on sale in many stores, supermarkets, or shopping malls. So, this is a wonderful occasion for individuals to express their admiration for significant women in their lives by offering them presents, flowers, and meaningful wishes.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since it is the day for everyone to celebrate the women in their lives and remember all the sacrifices women have made, I am not an exception. Last year, my mother was delighted when I surprised her with a bouquet of roses and a cake from her favorite bakery. As a daughter, I understand how challenging it was to be a woman, especially a \u201cmother\u201d, therefore, I want to spend this day with her as a special event between us.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And another unforgettable event for me is when I was an English Teaching Assistant at ACET \u2013 an Academic English center, most of my students were teenagers, they gave me roses after class as a gift and they also didn\u2019t forget to send me wishes and thanked me for helping, supporting, and teaching them. Those flowers were very pretty. I was so grateful and happy at that time.<\/span><\/p>\n

I cherish the time I spend working at SK as a beginner and a female member. The company provides a safe and comfortable environment for me to learn, work, and grow. Furthermore, seeing many female employees working in the Oil business, which is often dominated by men, impressed me with the company’s progress in terms of gender equality. As a female leader in the future, I would like to support and help other women who do not have the same rights and opportunities as their male counterparts, particularly in the workplace. Because, to me, it is right to get paid and afforded the same respect as our male colleagues.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Every woman has the right to choose who she wants to become and what she wants to do with her life. And I believe that women are capable of bringing beautiful and incredible things into this world because they are strong, smart, and hardworking.<\/span><\/p>\n
